be done about items on this list depends on what it is and how much "moderation power" you have.
When possible, try to leave comments so that people understand why action was taken,
and they have a chance to improve.
For answers:
Answers show up on this list if they are below a certain score and are past a certain number of days old.
If something is not an answer - it's a comment, another question, or makes no attempt to answer the
question, flag it.
If something needs editing - consider suggesting an edit or edit it to improve it. Upvote
fixed posts if you can.
If something is wrong or inaccurate - vote it down or vote to delete it if you can.
For questions:
